I first went online in 1996, walked into the largest library in the world, and somehow never found the way out. It stuck.
I've been up to my elbows in IT for close to thirty years: networks, servers, data centers, monitoring 24/7/365. In short - making sure the things that are supposed to work actually do. And when they stop, I want to know before the client does. Usually I do 😉
Along the way I learned one thing: the dangerous failures aren't the loud ones, they're the quiet ones. An expired certificate, a domain nobody renewed, a record that quietly changed. Those quiet things are exactly what WWT catches before they turn into a surprise.
I can't stand corporate-speak and slides where everything is 'synergistic', where the company 'drives synergy' in yet another meeting that leads nowhere. I prefer things that simply work and say plainly what they mean - and that's why WWT exists.
