More eyes on your sites: we are adding Asia and Oceania
Until now we watched your sites from Europe and the US. We are expanding the network with two new vantage points: Singapore and Sydney. Why does it matter? The more places we check from, the easier it is to tell a real outage from one flaky connection hiccuping - and the better we see how your site behaves for someone in Asia or Australia, not just around the corner. The new nodes are being set up and will join the rest shortly.

Message us right from the app - and keep every reply in one place
We added a support inbox. Got a question, or something not working? Write to us without leaving WWT, and you'll see the whole conversation - your messages and our replies - in one place, with the status of your request. When we reply or the status changes, we email you so nothing slips by. No digging through your mailbox, no waiting in the dark - just quick, direct contact.

Leave or delete - always your choice
Staying should be a choice, not a trap. You can now leave any organization you're in, or delete your account entirely, straight from Settings > Profile - one click, no email to support, no waiting. Sole owner of an organization? Deleting your account clears it and its data too, after a clear confirmation. And your history stays intact for the teams you leave (without your personal details). It's your data and your call - in and out should both be simple.

Download all your data, anytime
Transparency shouldn't require an email and a wait. You can now export your data and the data of the organization you're in - the organization and your role, its websites and their full monitoring and check history, your audit log and support messages there - as a single ZIP, straight from Settings > Account > Your data. It covers only the organization you're currently in (nothing from any other), one click prepares it in the background, it's available only to you, and it cleans itself up after download. Your data, genuinely one click away.

Stronger security and data protection
We've further strengthened how your data is protected across the platform - including additional encryption of sensitive information at rest, tighter defenses against abuse and unwanted traffic, and a refresh of our core components to their latest secure versions. For security reasons we keep the specifics private, but the outcome is simple: your account and monitoring data are better protected than ever, with nothing for you to do.

Clearer answers on plans, billing and VAT
Choosing and managing a plan should be effortless. We expanded our help center with straightforward answers on annual savings, switching between plans, how VAT is handled, and what happens to your data if you cancel - so you always know exactly what to expect, before and after you subscribe.

Find the right browser tab at a glance
If you keep WWT open across several browser tabs, each one now shows the page you're actually on - Dashboard, Settings, a specific website, and so on - and updates instantly as you navigate. No more hunting through identical tabs to get back to where you left off.

Log in with a security key or passkey
Typing a 6-digit code every time gets old. Now you can add a hardware security key (like a YubiKey) or a passkey - Touch ID, Windows Hello, or your phone - and sign in with a tap or your fingerprint. Set it up under Settings -> Profile -> Security keys. It works alongside your authenticator app and recovery codes, so nothing you already rely on goes away, and you can register more than one key for peace of mind.

Multi-region checks: fewer false alarms, higher trust
Your sites are now watched from independent regions in Europe and North America. When a site looks down, we confirm it from another part of the world before alerting you - so a network blip near our servers never becomes your 3 a.m. wake-up call. Certificate, SPF and domain-expiry checks are spread across the regions too.

See our health at a glance - new status page
Wondering if it's you or us? The new status page shows the live health of every monitoring region, updated every minute. You'll find it in the footer of every page, or directly at /status.

Contact form now open to everyone
You no longer need an account to reach us - the contact form at /contact now works for visitors too. Leave your email (and optionally a phone number) and we'll get back to you. Protected against bots, so your message won't drown in spam.

You can now pay yearly on any paid plan and save 30% versus monthly. Same features, lower price - just pick Monthly or Yearly right on the pricing page and in your subscription tab.

Adding a notification channel? There's now a "How to set up" link right next to the channel picker, with clear step-by-step instructions for each one - Telegram, Slack, Discord, Teams, Pushover and the rest. No more digging through docs to find your bot token or webhook URL.

WWT now has paid plans - and the free one's still here
We kept WWT free for a long time. To keep building it (and paying the bills), we've added two simple paid plans. The free plan is still genuinely useful, and the paid ones cost less than most of the monitoring tools people compare us to. Start free, and if you ever need more domains or 1-minute checks, an upgrade is a few euros a month. No hidden add-ons, no surprises.
