For agencies and software houses

Every client domain, certificate and site in one place

First you took on the websites. Then the domains. Then the certificates. Now nobody remembers which client renews what, and you find out something expired when the client calls. WWT gives you one dashboard for the whole portfolio.

The chaos we hear about most

Every agency we talk to describes the same four problems. None of them are about technology. All of them are about not knowing.

  • A certificate on a client site expires over the weekend and you find out from an angry email on Monday.
  • A domain was registered years ago on a former employee's account and nobody knows when it renews.
  • Uptime is tracked in three different tools, one per client, because each of them picked their own.
  • You invoice for maintenance but you have nothing to show that the maintenance actually happened.

What you get

The whole portfolio on one screen

Every client site in a single list, with certificate, domain and uptime status side by side. No switching between tabs.

You hear about it first

Alerts for expiring certificates and domains arrive days or weeks ahead, so you renew before the client notices anything.

Reports you can forward

Generate a PDF health report for a site whenever you need to show that the maintenance retainer is doing something real.

Bulk import

Bring in an entire portfolio from a CSV file instead of adding domains one at a time.

Six languages

The whole app and every alert are translated, so a Polish client and a German client each read their own language.

Separate organisations

Each client can have its own organisation with its own members and alert channels, or you keep everything under one roof.

About pricing

The published plans are built for one company watching its own sites. An agency with fifty or five hundred client domains is a different scale, and we would rather agree on something that fits than squeeze you into a plan that does not.

  • Volume matched to the size of your portfolio, not a fixed tier.
  • One invoice for everything instead of a subscription per client.
  • Help with the first import, at no extra cost.

How to start

  1. 1

    Create an account

Free, no card. You can add your first sites within a few minutes.

  2. 2

    Import the portfolio

Upload a CSV with the client domains, or add them by hand if there are only a few.

  3. 3

    Tell us the scale

Once you can see it working, write to us with how many domains you actually have and we will agree on terms.

Questions agencies ask

Can I keep clients separated from each other?

Yes. Each client can be its own organisation with its own members, its own alert channels and its own settings. You can belong to all of them with a single login and switch between them.

How many domains can I add?

The published plans have limits, but agency terms are agreed individually. If your portfolio is larger than the biggest listed plan, that is exactly the conversation we want to have.

Can I give a client access to their own site?

Yes. Invite them into the organisation that holds their site. They will see their own data and nothing belonging to your other clients.

Do I get a warning before a domain expires, or only after?

Before. Domain and certificate expiry alerts go out on a schedule ahead of the date and repeat as the date gets closer, so an expiry has to be ignored several times before it actually happens.

Can I test it without committing to anything?

Yes. Create a free account and add a handful of client sites. There is also a read-only demo account if you want to look around before signing up for anything.

Stop finding out from the client

Add your portfolio, see what is already close to expiring, and write to us about the scale you work at.
